Neil designed and painted this mural for Family Connections Centers in the Excelsior district of San Francisco. The mural—which depicts three immensely tall redwood trees—adorns the back wall of the play area for the center's Pre-K program.

Neil was commissioned to paint a mural on a utility box near Ocean Avenue. The mural is entitled "Native Plants of California."
"bayshore Sunrise" 2023
This mural, commissioned by the Portola Neighborhood Association, invites the viewer to transport themselves beyond the massive concrete pillars and roadways of US Route 101 to the street just beyond San Bruno Avenue. Neil designed this mural and painted it with the assistance of Nathaniel J. Bice.
